funniest/most memorable birthday: I have two memorable b-days: One was my fifth birthday at McDonald's. That was the cool thing to do back then. They brought out this huge box shaped like a McD's building and it was full of toys (probably the equivilant of happy meal toys!) All the kids went wild trying to get into that box! Also, my 30th birthday was really neat. My husband TRIED to surprise me, but I found out about it like a month before. I still went along with the surprise. It was still special thought, because of all the people that came and my sister had decorated everything with old pictures of me (scary!!)

brothers/sisters: one brother- Allen, 34 and one sister- Amanda ,22
favorite food: Cheese dip from Senor Tequila- MMM!!
favorite color: Yellow
what I do to relax: I would LIKE to lay on a beach or in a hammok somewhere, but in reality, I read or take a nap.
what I do for fun: Play softball, go out to dinner, spend time with family.
my biggest pet peeve: Messy and gunky condiment (catsup, mustard, etc.) lids- EEEWW!

something others would be suprised to know about me: I USED to be really athletic
and the dinner question: any five dinner guests, dead or alive: Aaron, My Nannie and Paw-Paw, My great-"grandma Georgie" - I really can't think of anyone else!
favorite Bible verse: "Let us not grow weary from doing good, in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart." Galations 6:9. I have to say that verse to myself a lot during the day!!
all time favorite books (other than Bible): To Kill A Mockingbird.
a memorable spiritual experience in your life: Realizing God's Sovereignty. It was more of a process, not one instant moment.
the most rewarding thing about your job/life: Seeing my kids do things (walk, talk, read, smile) for the first time. That's the greatest!

*Ok, I added the "orange van" detail because I thought she had told me that was part of the story. Come to find out, Anita's mom's crowd-parting cruiser wasn't the orange van at all, rather a long, white, crown victoria. BUT, they did have an orange van, which is embarrasing enough, eh?! ~asw
